Terms & Conditions

  1. The cost of the physical tag and shipping cost is non-refundable after payment and the item has been shipped. This is also applicable if cancellation of subscription is done after the tag has been shipped.
  2. If the item is lost in the mail, we will resend a tag at no charge to the owner.
  3. Subscription cancellation will take effect on the last day of the month regardless of when the cancellation was made. This is applicable for both Month-to-month and annual subscriptions. For example notice of cancellation was given on 15 November 2025 the cancellation will take effect on 30 November 2025.
  4. Refunds will take place in 5 - 7 working days.
  5. Items shipped will be delivered in 3 - 5 working days.
